Wa sabbiḥ bi-ḥamdi Rabbika qabla ṭulū‘i-sh-shamsi wa qabla ghurūbihā.
Context
Allah 
says: “And celebrate the praises of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting.” [1].
