Allāhumma innī a‘ūdhu bika min zawāli ni‘matik, wa taḥawwuli ‘āfiyatik, wa faj’ati niqmatik, wa jamī‘i sakhaṭik.
Context
We relate in the Ṣaḥīḥ of Muslim that Ibn ‘Umar 
narrated: “One of the du‘ā’s of Allah’s Messenger 
was: ‘O Allah, I seek Your protection from the cessation of Your bounty, from the transformation of the well-being You grant, from Your sudden vengeance, and from all that occasions Your displeasure.’” [17].
