Remembrance 1 from Chapter 129

Those visiting graveyards should discourage those they see weeping from being distraught at the graveside and tell them to be patient and discourage them from doing other things which the law forbids

Context

WE RELATE FROM the Ṣaḥīḥs of al-Bukhārī and Muslim from Anas , who reported that the Prophet passed by a woman who was weeping by a grave. He told her: “Fear Allah and have patience.” ^[1].
