Allāhumma innaka ‘Afuwwun tuḥibbu-l-‘afwa fa-‘fu ‘annī.

Context

WE RELATE WITH ṣaḥīḥ isnāds from the books of at-Tirmidhī, an-Nasā’ī, Ibn Mājah and others, from ‘Ā’ishah Honorific symbol who narrated: “I asked: ‘Messenger of Allah, if I know it is the Night of the Decree, what should I say?’ He answered: ‘Say: O Allah, You are Forgiving and You love forgiveness, so forgive me.’” [1].According to at-Tirmidhī, this hadith is ḥasan ṣaḥīḥ.
