Adhkār to be performed after ṣalāh

Romanisation
Allāhumma-j‘al khayra ‘umurī ākhirah, wa khayra ‘amalī khawātimah, wa-j‘al khayra ayyāmī yawma alqāk.
Context
We relate from Anas 
that he said: “After completing ṣalāh the Prophet 
used to say: ‘O Allah, make the best part of my lifespan the last of it, and the best of my deeds the last of them, and make the best of my days the day I meet You.’” [16].
