What to say to someone returning from an expedition for the cause of Allah

Al-ḥamdu li-llāhi-lladhī naṣaraka wa a‘azzaka wa akramak.
Context
WE RELATE FROM the book of Ibn as-Sunnī that ‘Ā’ishah 
said: “The Messenger of Allah 
had been on an expedition. When he came in I met him and took his hand. I said: ‘Praise be to Allah, Who has given you victory, given you might, and conferred honour upon you.’” [1].
