Context

WE RELATE FROM the Ṣaḥīḥ of Muslim from ‘Imrān ibn al-Ḥuṣayn Honorific symbol who said that there came to the Messenger Honorific symbol a woman from Juhaynah who was pregnant because of adultery. She said: “Messenger of Allah, I have transgressed the legal limit, so enforce it on me.” The Messenger of Allah Honorific symbol called her guardian and said: “Treat her well, and when she has delivered bring her to me.” He did so and the Messenger Honorific symbol commanded that her clothes be bound to her. Then he commanded that she be stoned, and he prayed the funeral ṣalāh for her. [1].
