What to say when one intends to sleep and is lying in bed

Allāhumma innī as’aluka ru’yā ṣāliḥah, ṣādiqatan ghayra kādhibah, nāfi‘atan ghayra ḍārrah.

Context

It is reported that when ‘Ā’ishah Honorific symbol was about to go to sleep she said: “O Allah, I ask You for a pious dream, true and not false, beneficial and not harmful.” When she said that, it was known that she was not to be spoken to until the morning or until she woke up at night. [33].
