WE RELATE FROM the book of at-Tirmidhī that Abū Hurayrah reported that the Messenger of Allah said: “Woe betide the man in whose presence I am mentioned and who does not pray for blessings upon me. ” According to at-Tirmidhī, this hadith is ḥasan .
