Mā shā’a-llāh, lā quwwata illā bi-llāh.

Context

WE RELATE FROM the book of Ibn as-Sunnī from Ibn Mas‘ūd Honorific symbol who reported: “We were ordered not to follow falling stars with our gaze but to say: As Allah wills. There is no power except by Allah.” [1].
